Australia is a country with beautiful tourist attractions, surrounded by the Pacific and Indian oceans. Its main cities are Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. The country is known for its Opera house in Sydney, the great Barrier Reef, largest deserts and unique animal like kangaroos. Australia has something special to offer everyone. 1. Sydney
Sydney is the capital city of New South Wales located on Australia’s southeastern coast and one of the most largest cities, is famous for its Sydney Opera House, with a beautiful sail like structure. The small circular Quay Port and The big Darling Harbor are the centers of Waterside Life, with nearby Royal Botanic Gardens and Arched Harbor Bridge. The amazing Sydney Tower’s  offers 360 angle views of the city. The ferries take travelers for the cruises behind the Sydney Opera house and under the famous Sydney Harbor Bridge.

2. Adelaide
Adelaide is a capital city of South Australia. It is fifth largest city in Australia, with 1.2 million  population. This city is located on a plain between the Gulf St Vincent and the Adelaide Hills and it surrounded by many famous wine regions of Australia. Its parkland ring on the Torrens river is a home of renowned museums, like the Art Gallery of South Australia and the South Australian Museum. The Adelaide Festival is an annual international arts festival organized every year in this city.

Darwin is a capital city of northern Australia, It is also a gateway to the Kakadu National Park. Its famous for beaches and green areas like Bicentennial Park. Also the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern region, displaying Asian and Pacific art, Its closeness to other Indian Ocean countries has made Darwin a transportation center since its inception. The Darwin was a valiant town during world War II with a spirit which can’t be defeated. Today, this city of around 75,000 population is a very famous tourists destination.

Hobart is the capital city of Australia's island state of Tasmania, based on the Derwent river. The best attractions of this city is its glamorous Salamanca Place, cafes, old sandstone warehouses galleries, Battery Point and colonial cottages. Hobart is second oldest city of Australia after Sydney. It has light temperate marine weather with four different seasons.

Brisbane, capital of the state of Queensland, is a large city on the Brisbane River. It's 2 million population making it Australia’s third-largest city, after Sydney and Melbourne. It's hot weather, spectacular scenery, Queensland Museum and Science Center, art museum are the draw cards for lots of domestic and international travelers. Mount Coot-Tha is a suburb mountain in the City of Brisbane and the site of the Brisbane Botanic Gardens.

Perth, situated on Australia’s southwestern coastline is the capital of Western Australia, it is the fourth largest city in the country based on the Swan River. It's Sandy beaches line, the biggest, riverside Kings Park and Botanic Garden over Mount Eliza provides a stunning views of the city. This fun-loving city has nearly two million population and it has developed his unique character.

7. Melbourne
Melbourne is coastal capital of the Victoria state in southeastern Australia. Melbourne is the second most populated city in Australia. This city is considered as a cultural capital of the country and known for its shopping, good restaurants and sports activities, Melbourne is the ideal destination for travelers who appreciate the good life. The Melbourne is also the site of Arts Centre with arts complex and the national Gallery of Victoria, with indigenous artwork.

Cairns, is called as the gateway to Australia's Great Barrier Reef and it is located in North Queensland. Cairns is one of the most popular Tourist destination in Australia, it is a very fashionable city with a population of around 150,000 people. Cairns lined with many bars and fine restaurants, there are  Daintree National Park, mountainous rainforest, gorges and beaches which make this city more beautiful.

Alice Springs is a city in Northern Territory of Australia, both Darwin and Adelaide are  1,500km (900 miles) distance from Alice Springs. It’s a famous destination for exploring the country's desert region, Red Centre. Alice Springs has many tourist attractions includes cavernous gorges, unlimited desert landscapes, remote tribal communities, and a fascinating history. The city is a travel hub for destinations and hiking in the region, like Kings Canyon, Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Since the beginning of the tourist growth in the early eighties, the population has almost 28000 increased.

The Great Barrier Reef, One of the top places for underwater activities and scuba diving located in the Coral Sea off the coast of Australia’s state of Queensland. It is the largest on the earth which can even visible from outer space. The Great Barrier Reef hold a large area where the thousands of reefs and hundreds of islands made of over 600 types of soft and hard coral. It's home of countless colourful fish species, turtles, Dolphins, sharks, molluscs and starfish. The Great Barrier Reef is now the most diverse ecosystems in the world and of the attractive locations to visit in Australia.
