The architectural wonders of the modern world - Destination Bucket

In the present time, due to increasing technology and creativity, we get to see many such things which people do not believe in seeing the first time. Today, we are going to tell you about some of the man made buildings which is forced to think about whether the building really can be built. So let's know about the buildings of the world whose design is quite different and due to its design, they are famous all over the world.

Water Building Resort, Spain
This is the world's first such building where solar energy is converted into water. Apart from this, rain water and marine water are also recycled here. The shape of this building is like a water drop and it is a high class hotel where there are many facilities like gym, spa, conference room.

The Linked Hybrid, Beijing
This 224 feet high building in Beijing has 644 apartments and it famous for its environmental design. Architecture Steven Holl designed this building. It is mostly recognized for its environmental design and uses geo thermal wells which work in cooling and heating. In 2009, it got the world's best tallest building award.


Cybertecture Egg, Mumbai
This building of Mumbai is built by Cybertecture Architectures has been constructed in 33000 square meters. There are 400 parking spaces in this building with three underground levels. Concrete, steel and glass have not been used at all in this building.


Waterflux Art Museum of Switzerland
The Water Flux Museum in Switzerland is famous for its peculiar texture, which was created by the French architect. This museum looks like a house of any animal. This can be called the finest sample of Modern Art.

The Shard, also known as the Shard of Glass, is a tallest building in London and a marvel of modern engineering boasting 95 story skyscraper, designed by the famous Italian architect Renzo Piano, in Southwark, London. This building offering the beautiful views of fast paced London. In 2000, Renzo Piano started to make it's design under the contract of property developer Irvine Sellar, who intends to redevelop Southwark Towers and who once lived in that place on which the shard is now standing.

The Palm Jumeirah island is a man made tree shaped island known for shiny hotels, luxurious apartment towers and expensive global restaurants. The Palm Jumeirah is famous for its amazing views of the Dubai coastline and the Burj Al Arab hotel. Here you can enjoy nightclubs with live DJs in the evening.

Marina Sands is an integrated resort located in front of marina Bay in Singapore, this incredible building with it's three connecting buildings is the most expensive standalone casino property in the world. It's opened for public in 2010.

The Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur
The Petronas is the tallest twin towers building  in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this building you  can walk from one tower to the other using the sky bridge, this feature was added to strengthen the structure and for provide better stability. For visiting sky bridge, the deck are open from Tuesday to Sunday. Tickets can be booked online or at the base of the towers. For adult ticket rate is R240. Open on all public holidays with the exception of Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha.
