Watermelon is a best and also very tasty fruit to eat in summer season. By eating watermelon, your mind remains calm along with the body and feels you relaxed from hot summer. Watermelon is a cool fruit, which helps to keep body temperature in control. It look like a big ball of water. But we all know that nothing more refreshing than this fruit in a hot summer days and its scientific name is Citrullus lanatus,

To protect your body from extreme heat and dehydration, no any better option than pomegranate. It also keeps body temperature in control like watermelon. If you drink a few drops of almond oil in a glass of pomegranate juice in every morning, it will definitely gets you relief from the heat. If you drink pomegranate juice in the summer, then it works to keep your body cool.
