World's 7 countries where there is no any mountains

It is very rare that such countries, which do not have any mountain in their area. If the residents of these countries want to get involved in mountain trekking or winter sports activities, then they have to go abroad for doing this. In below list, i will tell you about those countries, which have the largest area, but no any mountains in it.

1. Maldives

Maldives is a tropical country of South Asia, which is located in the Indian Ocean in south-southwest of India. It contains about 1,000 Coral Islands which known for its beaches and blue lagoons. The average height of this country from sea level is about 4 feet and the highest point in the entire country is just 8 feet. The capital, Male,  is known for its busy fish market, restaurants and shops.

2. Kuwait

Kuwait is a Arab nation located on the Arabian Gulf, this country has the world's richest oil fields, with the Burgan area, which have about 70 billion barrels total capacity of oil reserves. Kuwait City, the capital of Kuwait is known for its modern architecture, which ranging from tallest skyscrapers to the stunning towers of Kuwait. The most highest point in Kuwait is "Mutla Ridge", which hight is about 1,004 feet.

3. Denmark

Denmark has no any mountain in it, the country has only flat surface with a certain height and the mean height in this country is 31 meters (102 feet) from sea level. Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark is a home of many royal palaces, colorful Nyhavn harbor, Tivoli amusement park and the most iconic statue “Little Mermaid”. It is linked to nearest country Sweden via the Oresund bridge.

4. Estonia

Estonia is north European country, bordering the Baltic Sea and Gulf of Finland and there are no any mountains in Estonia. The average height in Estonia is reaches only 50 meters and the most highest point in the country is about 1,048 feet, the half of Estonia is covered by only forest with the most wonderful series of wildlife, this forest is a home of many wild animals like bears, wolves, linens, flying squirrels, wild boars, deer and elk.

5. Latvia

Latvia is located on the eastern shore of the Baltic Sea on the north-western part of the growing Eastern European platform between Estonia and Lithuania. About 98% part of the country is located at an altitude of 200 meters and 25% area is located on the middle size hills. Its landscape is surrounded by wide beaches and dense forests. Riga, the capital of Latvia is a home of wooden art and nouveau architecture, it is also known for St. Peter's Church in medieval Old Town.

6. Lithuania

Lithuania is a former Soviet nation bordering Poland, Latvia and Belarus. It is a area of moderate lowland and highland, its highest altitude is located in the eastern part of the country at the Aukstojas Hill, which is about 294 meters. There are some lakes and wetlands in this area and its forest area covers about 33% of the country. Its capital, Vilnius has Gothic architecture, and 18th-century cathedral built on the site of pagan temple.

7. Belarus

Belarus is a country located in eastern Europe. Normally, there is no any mountain in Belarus and it is located at an altitude of 160 meters above sea level, its most highest point is "Dezerzynskaya Hara", which also called as Svyataya hara and it is up to 345 meters high. The Capital of Belarus 'Minsk' is a home of many churches, including the neo-Romanesque Church of Saints Simon and Helena.
